For as long as I can remember, I have felt called toward healing, self-discovery, and the search for deeper truth. My path has led me through years of studying consciousness, symbolism, spirituality, hypnosis, meditation, ancient wisdom traditions, and the inner transformation that occurs when we are willing to face ourselves honestly.Blaze-Zen was created as a place where psychology, spirituality, philosophy, and personal growth meet.

It is about remembering who we have always been.
My work is centered on helping people reconnect with themselves. As a certified spiritual life coach, hypnosis practitioner, and past-life regression practitioner, I guide individuals through inner journeys that invite greater awareness, emotional healing, and personal transformation. My intention is never to give people answers.It is to help them discover their own.
Beyond my writing, music is one of the deepest expressions of my soul. Under my artist name, BIANKAA, I write, compose, and perform original music inspired by healing, consciousness, shadow work, love, self-discovery, ancient wisdom, and spiritual awakening.
Every song I create carries the same intention as every article I write to awaken, inspire, comfort, and invite reflection. My music is another way of reaching the heart, speaking where words alone cannot. It is a way of sharing my own spiritual journey while encouraging others to remember their own inner light.
